How to get past the guard with the light and the knocked over trash can?? (and WHY doesn't the guard hear it go over)? D'oh!! You need to

grab the trash can and turn it upside down and use it to get to the electrical box.

I still don't understand why the guards didn't hear this guy, though. He was pretty noisy. :p
