I have

manhole cover (on street in opening scene at Humanville), key (from kid in propeller beanie in Laverne's Pancake shop on Main Street), salt shaker from Pancake shop, note from Madame Celeste, give to guy in garbage can, get rabbit suit).

Now I'm stuck.

A-HA!!!

Highlight the bunny costume and place it on the bouncer. He will let you go in to change. Click the bartender and find out he's tired. Click on the toga dude and give him the manhole cover and get a ninja star. Go back to Humanville and use ninja star on kid's ball and watch as she calls her brother. Get some $$ and buy a cup of coffee and give it to the bartender next door. He'll let the mysterious woman in the back room help you out. You go back into Laverne's and ask for a glass of water. Mix what you got from the woman in the bar with the glass of water and go into Blood Burger. Find the cook has a victim for Human Stew and add salt. The cook will leave and you use the key to open the safe with an envelope in it. Open the envelope and find a small cross. Go to Humanville and find the kid and her brother have left, but a woman is on the telephone pole being chased by a vampire snake. Use the cross on the snake and tell the woman you'll catch her. She'll meet you at Laverne's and you talk to her parents.

The woman's father will give you a diamond ring. You can now go to Vampireville and talk to your parents. Your mother will be outside with a hose. You encourage her to go inside where it is safe. You see your father, but don't talk. Eventually you are surrounded by bats that are vampires and are worried. Combine the hose and the ring, and that's all she wrote.
