I got a die and put in the room with the 4 gray boxes. Stuck on the dominoes. Can anyone help?

Put a dice in the hole. Look at the phone and note a code 5146. Set the code on the upper line of dices. The numbers change by walking over the pedals and opening the cupboard on the left hand side of the room.
