you cant jump or move left or right properly.

Do you have to wait for the song to end to start the game? If not, it's still not working for me. But I can try it again when I get home.

I don't hear a song during loading.
There is a black screen and "Loading" written in white. When the game is loaded, the writing says "Click to start", and when you click your character falls down, the music starts, and you can already start to walk by using your arrow keys

I click "Click to start" and the song starts playing.

I had that problem too, Crimson. The alternate link worked just fine for me, though. That is one funny game.
