I got all the way to the top, with a score of whopping 12,600 and not a single one of the bonuses.

You can use one of the buttons from menu in the game to look around, check what's above and below your dice.

I still had the knife powerup when I got up there, so I used that until it ran out. Beyond that, you kill him like any of the other die: jump on his head. Timing's a little trickier, but the concept is the same. It helps if you stand still and let him come to you, because if you chase him he'll just keep running (rolling?) away.

I also used the knife power up. I had two of them. I couldn't hurt him when I jumped. Seemed I had jumped right on his head. But I guess not. I just kept getting hurt until I died. Score: 15,100. (I'll try again when I'm off work. )

EDIT: Yay! Was able to beat him with just my swords. YAY! Nice game. Very addicting.

yaaay finally beat it. didn't use my power-ups though. just some good ole jumping on his head.

I beat it. took 2 knife power-ups.
advice would be to rescue every cube in a cage as they give you useful stuff.
either keys, superkeys or weapons. the helicopters are useful if you get stuck anywhere
