What to do:

Fly through all the rings to complete a level.
Get a chain bonus by flying through multiple rings without crashing. Get a boost bonus by holding boost while flying through a ring.

Instructions:

Up/Down to fly the plane (direction can be reversed in the controls menu)
Space to boost
