I don't know. If you use Flash Player 8 and a new browser (I use Internet Explorer 6) and have no problems with other games, I only can think of any safety settings on your pc.
Someone had the same problems with another game and we have really tried everything and nothing worked so far. I'm just curious if you would have also problems with this game. Could you check if you can load this game (you don't have to play it but I'm curious if this game is suppressed by your pc aswell - this could give us some new info and we could maybe find out why you have problems):
