Try pressing the button in the center after each number, and then press the handle. Its easy to forget to press the center button after the last number you put in ;-)

type in the code but don't forget to add the dash at the end to confirm then press open!!

I can't get the party pic from under the mirror,I've clicked on it loads of times but it won't give it me
Also I can't get onto the old lady's computer...does anyone know why???
Please help I've done everything else this is all I need and its bugging me so much!!!!!!!!

To get into the computer you must click on the power button just under the screen in the middle. It's the same for the computer in Sam's office. As for the picture you have to make sure the end if finger of the cursor is in the middle and click, then you should pick it up

ok. well my cat's name is tiddles which should translate to 20-9-4-4-12-5-19. is that correctly translated? and if it is it should work but it don't.

you have to put the dash in at the end so it would read like 20-9-4-4-12-5-19- that should work!

I'm totally stuck now!! I've been on the daughters website "S.K.I.N" and the Tulkinghorn and Bristlethwaite website, got the photo of the vegetable competition and the fingerprint etc. Does anyone know what's next??

fingerprint is on the rug in the old lady's house. turn off the lights and wait for lightning. hard to click on though but you can do it!
