to get the password,you have to do this:

look at the car and remove the carrot! then use the keys to move the car. Then investigate the mud. then go home, and look at your boots. There will be the cats collar. The password varies each time tho!!

like a few people, ive done almost everything got the handprint, vegetable competition picture, keys to the car. I've got the cat's collar and when i translated the words into numbers using the a = 1 etc rule it didn't work, i just wondered why this was? i've went on the tulkingtorn and bristlewaite website but i don't how you get the password can anyone help me and is anyone in the same situation? Anyone that has got passed where i am please help im really stuck!

Have you opened the safe? because for some reason i put the cat's name in and it doesn't what's in the safe does anyone know?

you have to type in the cats name using the corrisponding letters in the alphabet with number ie b-i-n-g-o = 2-9-14-7-15
