and woah your math is WAY off!
first you multiply 2x4 to get 8 multiply that by 3 to get 24 add 6 and get 30. Then you subtract (7-9) well 7-9 is -2 not 2 so by subtracting a negative its like adding so you have 30 + 2 which equals 32. i dont know what you were taught but it is wrong and you need to brush up on your order of operations.
