wth.. why does the game move when you scroll down.. it's like the bottom part of it is cut-off

You have 2 possibilities to start the game:
"Play this game" and
"Pop-up"

Usually if there's a problem with the bottom of the screen cut off, it's worth to try the other possibility, too

Down at the right hand corner beside the fence there is a keycard, take that then try the door

Yea maybe. I've tried getting what those three guys are guarding in the top left corner of the lab by sacrificing detection, but it always automatically kills me.
