just scored 7944. made it all the way to the alps thanks to some lucky bounces under the water.
seems the best things to hit are whales (fire you out of their spout) & clamshells. Worst things seem to be rushes & slimy rocks.
try not to go underwater before 400, you will sink as there is nothing until 400 to help you.
i still totally can't work out the angle or power technique at all.
it seems to be luck more than trail & error.
I would also like to record the lowest possible score attainable.
Which was 0. Yes, Zero!. In fact the stone actually fell BEHIND me but it appears the game is unable to record a negative score.

I just noticed something I wasn't paying attention and looked back at the screen and the guy was in the air doing a power spin
not sure what I did to get him to do it
figured out what i did
when you get the power gauge up don't click leave it for a min and it will get stronger and stronger

I play all sorts of variations. I am stuck trying to find the very first clam shell under water. Brain said he thought they were around 400' out but I swear I thought I saw one much closer. I can't find any whirlpool today so maybe the game field changes from time to time.Comment

@ Jenni. That's interesting about the whirlpools because yesterday there were two at around 1500' (swamp) and 4000' (Venice). I landed in the first one several times but always flew over the second one when I got that far.Comment

The first whirlpool is at cays in the fog (saw it two times today). And I saw two in Egypt.

I just found a whirlpool at 3900' at the beginning of Sydney. Wonder if it will be there all day?
