i'll be amazed if anyone beats level 11.

Pffft, some minutes ago your post said level 2 not 11. It's just a matter a getting a little handy. If the control system would be as awful as you claim it is, you wouldn't have passed level 9.

I had more problems with 9 than I did on 11. 12 has a nice and irritating
wind factor to it...but I figured that would be coming at some point.

well i used over 8 full lots of games trying to beat 11.
tried pretty much every technique & method i could think of.
i don't believe it's possible.
the top row isn't the problem, getting around the corner & doing the bottom row is.
