The English games are different than the Japanese games. However, there is one similar to this in English, but you are cooking a different dish. Therefore, this one is only in Japanese.

i got up to the square pot and tried to put them cup things in the fridge but uhm, they stuck out and wouldnt place anywhere XD, *tries game again*

You have to:

Turn on the stove after you put the "square pot" on it...then put the cups in it as deep as you can. they need to be cooked. Hope that helps.

Put the cups first into the square pot (down on its bottom, then it will close). After the content is cooked it will open again and you can place the cups into the fridge.

(By the way, why are people making me playing these games to be able to help them, I don't like these games, lol)
