Zoom in the sofa and find a hint at the right bottom part, zoom out. Zoom in the plant and grab a device on the bottom of it, zoom out. Zoom in the bookshelf and read the diary. Find a letter at the top left part of the shelf, note the zip-code of the adress, zoom out. Zoom in the fountain looking object on the far right of the room, drag the device on it and enter the 4 numbers from the zip-code.

Well, you have to cheat for the musical puzzle then

it's above the desk
and enter 354162 (by the way this will be the same for episode 2, it does not change)

For the marbles:

You don't have to write on them in a literally sense but click them (behind the green doors; not on the hint note) in the right order (following the shape of the number hint), start with the 3rd marble in the top line.

Don't know exactly. Maybe the settings of your standard player... Usually it should work and for most people it works, but there are some people who have difficulties with it. I haven't found it out exactly why.

Lol, your pc doesn't like piano music then...
I could check if the door slam has another format than the piano music - the only difference I can think of...

That's it: door slam is mp3 and the rest .mid files.
