What I've got:
1. The one from the armor (use the oil on it).
2. The fountain (use the rubber band and the wrench on the pipes).
3. The one from the garden (dig using the shovel).
4. The one from the flag (put the feather on the gryphon, it'll burn the flag).
5. The one in the bookcase (just climb up the ladder).

Stuck for the rest. Help!

I have 7/10 I cant find how to get to the chandelier the ladder is not long enuff? can someone help me please.......................

The last three are probably something to do with mouse-hole, chandalier and locked box in bedroom. But I don't know, yet, how to get them.

Mouse hole spoiler

Take the axe and cut the branch from the tree from the very first screen. Right click on the gum to make it chewed. Click on the chewed gum, and right click on the stick. Then use the 'chewy stick' to get the gem from the mouse hole.

hey guys - please help me - what am i doing wrong???
i can only look at the things - not take any of them...
