Cant Run the Game - Help!

I dont think I have Flash Player cos I downloaded your game but I cant get the file to open, eventhough it's already on the Start Menu.

And when I went to the Adobe Flash Center Download for the Player, the part I have to click to start the install process doesnt display so I cant download the player! OMG... How do I proceed?

Someone please help me... Thanks.
