What to do in the study:

open the interesting blue book. then place the two plate things into the oval holes under the bird sculpture.

What I found is

But I do not know how to clean the muddy thing

There is a book talking for "Underground laboratory" and I guess that the GCrow machine is the opening mechanism.

Stupid me!! I tried to put the alc in the shaker and put the golden thing inside .....

Ha! It wont let me do it! It tells me all the time "I don't think this is useful" or "Alchohol is not a solution"!!!!
What is the proper order? I tried all the ways - cloth on bottle - bottle on cloth....

I'm having some real problems with the third part of the key. I think it's under the doormat, but it won't let me do anything?

@ Dessata, have you tried using the cloth on the shiny thing normally? He might need to decide why it won't work.

it worked first time for me. select the bottle and put it over the cloth, then L click (I think).

go to the sea and talk to the characters there. then go to where nora was sitting and talk to the old man. Then go to the house

Yes I tried with dry one then I tried to put the alch on it but nothing.

Goodie, did you find the second part of the key first?

It is maybe cause I have half of the alch in the shaker - I have to restart the game to see if it works. Thank you for the help

starting a fire for the escape pod. I have found all my stuff again but he doesn't want to start a fire anywhere since "that incident"
