Ask Sybil how the new dating system works. She should then point the Carbon dating machine at the tiki and find out that the tiki is 2000 years old. So she can now call her buisiness a historic site. Head back to the White House go inside and look at the "national budget" to find out you have 100 million dollars to give to one of the historic sites. Choose Sybil's and leave the white house. Head back to Sybil's and take the carbon dating machine. Head to Bosco's and use the dating machine on the hot dog machine. Once again head back to the White House and look at the national budget again. Bosco's will now be on there so choose that. Head back to Bosco's and talk to him. He should then give you the "truth serum". Head back to the White House and give the "truth serum" to Whizzer (the one with the orange hair) there will then be a bit of a long and slightly annoying cutscene after which you can get into the war room.

Head into the war room and check out the targeting computor you can fire a missle at Antartica and Krypton for a bit of fun. Change the target to find out that Bosco is a target after all. Head to Bosco's and look at the camra near the entrance (the one above the cans) and you should see a tiny antenna. Put your cursor over it and it should say beacon click on it to pick it up. Now go after the rampaging Lincoln and choose the beacon. Then head back to the War room and choose Bosco's (which is now Abe's back) as the target and press fire. Congratulations you've beaten Sam and Max: Abe Lincoln must die.
One last thing I found was a completely useless easter egg.
First change the day to Easter sunday the go outside and look at the golf hole you will then find a easter egg.
