i'm at the hotel (3rd screen) and i cant click the mugs. everytime i do, a error message pops up. at first i thought it was a part of the game but is it

Hmmm, are you using a Chinese Windows version?
If so, from the error messages this might have to do with the problem. Maybe there is some conflict with a plugin that I've used (for displaying the options like "look"/"talk"/"take" when you click on a hotspot).
I'm trying to figure out what can be done, I've posted in the forum of the software that I've used to make the game if anyone can help
