You have to find the missing stone, and put it where it belongs, and the flower is under there, I have found it in another game, but I could not find all of the stones, so I started a new game, and I cannot find the missing stone puzzle piece.

i have the five stones but i can;t find anything in the dirty water chamber and i don;t understand the clue with the boots,and i have no idea about what flower you are talking about. please help!

If you have five jewels,

you have already found 1 item in that room, look around for another. There is nothing in the water! The clue with the boots refers to something later in the game, just pay attention to the clue. It should click later. The flower isn't a flower. It is the final artifact that is shaped like a star.
