going to give this a try
edit don't know how to open zip file help!!

Rightclick the zip file, and choose "extract files" or "decompress files" (depending of what tool is installed on your pc to unzip).
Then open the extracted folder, and double-click on the .exe file to install it on your pc.

IS it mac compatible?!

Not in general, Mac's can't run .exe files. However if you have a new Mac, you can use Boot Camp, and then you would be able to play it.

the problem is I cant put the code.....=(.Each button is reseted when I click any other button....


I even can't turn the butterfly or the marble into any color!

If it still doesn't work, I would put the box back, go to another screen and come back to it again.

Hmmm, I can't tell. I don't think that it's an error during downloading, rather from the initialization at game start, but I don't know.
Either there is really sth wrong with your game, or you are missing sth

How about putting back the box, saving the game, and loading it again?

Otherwise if you don't get it to work in any way, I can only recommend to restart a new game. I'm sorry

I loaded the game and also restarted a new one but still facing the same problem.....

Should I do certain things before having that box functioning normally?
what i did so far:

got hammer,pliers[,one battery,red yellow and green keys,door key ,nails ,screwdriver ,game ,mob, ruler....painted the walls ,fixed the floor and pipes.

Maybe you need to take a look at the clue first, I'm not sure.

Get bulb

from lamp next to sofa (click first to the right of the small dresser, and click broken plug); put bulb into other lamp, switch off main light, and switch on the small lamp

And I don't think you need to do that before you open it, but

check also the top of the bookshelf for another clue
