Theres two things you need to get out..move your cursor/hand around the rightish side of the screen slowly til you hit a spot to click

@Escape
so you have the word TRUCK
and you have "you goes out, I goes in"
replace 'you' with the letter that has the same sound and........
(hopefully that helps..)
