Try on the view of the red dot flower table thingy (sorry dont know what to call it lol) look top right theres a little mark...I think thats the zebra tile

Are you positive its freezing. The only action you can perform at the very end is

Using the sword on three specific areas. You can't interact with anything at at all unless you have the sword selected, and those areas that you can use the sword on are fairly small. You also have to use the shield before you do anything else. If you already used the shield highlight the sword and click on the black part one of the dragon's eyes and see if you get dialogue. If you did its working.

OK. I'm playing again and hitting those spots. Getting the text at each place. Do you have to stab him a lot in those places?

Do both of his eyes, then his wings, then his stomach. It may take a couple of tries. When you do it the scene will change to a view of him from underneath.
