whoa... just realised that I can

cut out the piece of paper with the square on it

more than just once - is that a bug or does that mean something?

this is kinda whacko, can't even apply paint. nor open other lockers. I think i am missing some red and blue paint

I would guess probably a sort of bug. You can keep smashing the statue, too.

@ Kira699...yeah...I think you need all the paint colors first and I suspect they are in someones locker or the right side of the cabinet. Did you open any lockers cuz I still need help with three of those locked ones.

I got :

paper with triangle, paper with square, yellow paint, pencil, paper knife, screw (used), painting tray (put water and yellow paint in it), hammer, finger statue, chat, glass water, painting with Ara species, 3 paint brush.

I thought..

we had to colorize the ara just like the one you see after breaking the middle window.
The missing planet in Sam's painting = Neptune (but this doesn't work as 4 digit/letter pw).
The red stars in Jerry's painting represent something that looks a bit like the ursa minor or ursa major, but that's not it (gonna check some others..).
After connection the dots you get: 7 x 562 = 3934, but this code doesn't work anywhere.

Where's the paper with the star?

The first thing I found was a pencil and have not used it yet. You can get a view of the chalk and eraser if you click the tray under blackboard from the distant view but doesn't yield anything.

Rbs

is for connecting the dots on the picture with the mouse. It will give you some numbers that don't work anywhere even when multiplied, divided or squared. Hope that helps!

PROGRESS with Jerry's locker! count the stars and then remember you need 4 digits for the code...
EDIT: Even more progress! On another site I found for Sam's locker
