Did u clicked the stars on the paintings because after clicking only they are counted

Hard to tell without replaying but I believe they added up like this

3 from tiger painting
3 from fish painting
3 from Amazon books
2 from dark area behind books (used flashlight)

Looks like the number of stars varies per game.

I had

3 from tiger, 4 from fish, 2 from books and 3 in dark area behind books. So I think, as long as you click those 4 spots, you've just got them all.

Yeah I have different amounts of stars, too. In the same places, though. But, what do you do next? I did the phone thing and the nectar thing and saw all the stars. Still can't get out.

If you have enough stars

you can use phone on the box that says "locked" at the bottom of the left side closet.

Just have it highlighted and click on the safe. If you have enough stars it will open.

Did you

use flashlight on floor where green and red books are sitting?
