The message on the cellphone means:--
--> you have to find 12 stars (but ..it worked for me whn i hd found 14 stars )


NOTE :--click on the middle of the japanese text aftr clicking.. the middle of the phone screen and it changes ...to show how many start you have seen, then in the lower right of the screen click on the white japanese writing to send the message that you have found all the stars!

-- >you will get the other code for the safe in the closet after you send the message(after finding 12/14 stars) on the cellphone ...(use the cellphone on the locked safe)

-- >the last step
dont forget to take your ticket before you go out ....

Agreed! I have no clue as to what they wanted me to buy. I guess this is the beginning of seeing more and more product placement in our games now. They have taken over tv shows and movies already

First put the batteries in the charger i.e Red box...then plug it into the cellphone but Make sure the phone is closed
