found a useful item *grin* If it is what I think it is. Think I'll take it with me as I need a break.
Nope - something different would lead to something which I'll need a hint about. Grr.

Walkthrough for perfect end:

Ignore the lemons you don't really need them
1.Turn to the right twice and click on the bathtub, there should be a stool.
2. Go back so you can see the bathroom and on the ledge above the sink there is a crowbar.
3. Turn once to the right again and place the stool on the black box. Click near the top left hand corner of the cupboards and there should be a screwdriver.
4. Turn back to the left twice and use the screwdriver on the metal panel.
5. There should be a grid with numbers and the words "odd" and "even" note these down.
6. Go back twice to the right and click the bottom right hand side of the cabinets, there should be a box. Look at the notes you've just written and click the buttons on the box accordingly (should be pretty staright forward). Once you've got the box open take the loo paper inside. Return to the full screen. Look in the sink and take note of which squares are black and which are white.
7. Go back to the bathroom scene and click behind the loo, there should be a box. Click the buttons in accordance to the squares in the sink (E.g black, white, white, black etc). Click the grey button on top of the box and take the key.
8. Use the crowbar you got earlier on the second panel in, then the bottom square on the cupboards and take the soap inside it.
9. Turn back left once so you're back in the bathroom, you should see a little panel beside the bathtub, zoom in on it. Put the soap on it then use the toilet paper. It should reveal what looks like Japanese, but you need to read between the symbols. If you've seen it correctly there should be a number (8532).
10. Go back to the first screen and use the key on the door of the sauna, go inside and click towards the floor, there should be a number lock. Put in the numbers found on the panel by the bathtub and click the button and it should turn a different colour, come out of the sauna and click the door and. .. TA DAA you're out
