You need to click on the cooking pot to zoom it on the screen, then put the wood underneath it

I have

hair of broom, skull, jack-o-lantern, hammer, broom, and cross. I can't locate a candle that I can pick up.

I must be an idiot. Cuz I have done that many, many times, and also tried clicking on it, and also using all my items on it, but nothing happens.

you need to light it first
i must have missed sth, cant open sliding door or use cauldron

I think i have all the ingredients but can't seem to put anything in the pot or wood underneath it???

D'oh!! I accidentally closed the window to it as I was going between playing and working. I think I'll try this at home. Couldn't

go down the trapdoor I opened anyway. No idea why....
