not quite, the code

is for computer - according to text under computer screen when you press button in comp. - and it activates light puzzle in room 3

also the door on the end of corridor should be the exit door - translation form babel fish but they remain closed after the the puzzle is "solved". At least I think I solved it...

You need to light up only the middle row. The door at the end of the hall unlocks

I lit up the blocks the same place the numbers were on the grid of the note. The screen changes when its correct, so you will know for sure if its accepted or not.
