when i convert the binary number and the decimal number i get two different numbers

binary 7066 / and converting 7018 gives a complete differrent binary number

this is way over my head

Have to burn the binary code paper. It will let you know the column number of the time table. That is your first two digit.

Normally, it is 73

decode the binary number you have. you need only the last two digits from your decode.
