You put the tumbler, chain and two gear things on the wall behind the carrot, then put the mouse in the tumbler. The mouse will start running turning the gears. Click on the rope to get it stuck in the gears and you're out!

wow, that was a good and easy one! just took a little bit of clicking around to find the items and then trying to figure out where to use them. i like the ones by pastelgames. not too easy and not too hard!
