Are you in the right room? You also have to close it when you are finished fixing wires.

about the electricity

after fixing the coin and wire into it, close the panel with the screwdriver, flick the first switch off and the third switch on then look at the metal door you should find another panel opened with a locker key to the first cabinet

There are two rooms...you need to open the panel in the right room. The other panel won't open.

I never got another key after fising the wires...the steel panel opened but no key. I got Key #1 somewhere else. Is there a Key #2?
