@Kira--

If you have the pendent, put it on the left side of the skylight, and that will hypnotize the parrot. Take the middle blue feather from his tail and use that on the Octopus.

@Oceans of Fire--

You get the code from the handwritten note (first space), on the map on the wall, above the middle picture in the part with three pirate pictures (middle spot) and in the secret hidey hole behind the pirate portraits in the scene with the door (Last spot).
