The shape with the nut, and not sure where to find it.

Ok, I have

found the nut. Now have a wrench, and have seen the black paper with the white dashes on them, and whatever it is in the box, too.

My code doesnt make sense...I used the code lights on...nothing so turned the light off and I cant make any numbers out now... have I done something wrong
