At first I thought I was supposed to kill the turkey, didn't read the instruction... So it was funny but on the second try I got out in about 4 minutes

I can't do anything with the hook, rope and pully and I'm tired of clicking everywhere.

Try

attaching the pully to the black rope thingy hanging from the ceiling. THEN attach the rope from your inventory to that pully, and so on. Hope it helps.
