I'm missing an "m" anybody got a clue?

I'm out! Now off for a short nap. Cute game - a few head scratching moments.
sorry - didn't make notes. One of them was

in a book after using the ruler on it to open up stuck together pages.

you need to take out the battery from magic wand; turn around Santa (click hand) and put in battery (don't remember if you need screwdriver for that or not). Then turn him around again, and press nose

Mistery, does the

wand have to be on or off in order to turn it around? It won't flip no matter where I click it, whether I'm zoomed into the switch or not.

Edit: I just now got it. Really tricky spot.
