Walkthrough

For anyone stuck. Do not read if you only want hints and clues, this post contains complete steps.

Walkthrough (In individual steps)

Get plate of Cheese from table

Get 2 pieces of wood and matchbox from fireplace

Get 2 cups and whet stone from weird wooden shelf unit beside fireplace

Click the hole of the top Costrel (beside stairs) to get a rush light

Click around the middle of the costrels, they will collapse giving you a holder in your inventory

Place the plate of cheese in front of the rat hole (right around the blue brick) and use the skinny stick in the hole to get keys

Use keys on the clock behind the table to get another key

Click the holder in ur inventory, then drag the rush light to put it in the holder.

Click the matchbox in ur inventory, click it again and it will open. Take a match, drag it to the gray side of the box and click to light it.

Click the holder again, then click and drag the lit match to the rush light, click to light it.

Click the stairs once, so you get a close up of them, then click the lit holder and click the stairs with it, the room upstairs is now lit. Put the holder back in ur inventory.

Click the shelf on the upper right, then on the box to the right. Get knife.

Now click the box beside it, open the top drawer for 3 cups. Click on all 5 cups now in ur inventory to create a locked box.

Click the whet stone, then click on the knife and drag it to the stone, and click.

Click the top of the left wall, you get the view of the ceiling and a loft. Click the loft for a close up, then click the knife and drag it to the right rope and click to cut the ropes. A box falls.

Click the box that just fell, then take the key in your inventory and click the lock with it, it opens. Click inside for a golden axe head.

Click the other wood piece in your inventory, then click and drag the axe head to it and click to put it on, creating an axe.

Go back downstairs to the door, click until you have the closest view of the door, then drag the axe to the door and click. You're Out!

I restarted and went to fireplace end first

2 cups, wetstone, two sticks, matches,

now to table

cheese

which I placed to get another item

to the left by mouse hole and when mouse appeared got key via smally stick

used new item to get another like item.

Now I get stuck - tried to light item before removing it .. it just hopped right out. Grrr!
rolled the barrels and item I was hunting just showed up in my inventory - may have been looking over table when I picked it up - maybe with small stick?? Hate that sort of response.

loft view

Ive clicked and clicked like mad to get the view of the ceiling and the loft on the upper left wall and im getting nothing whatsoever help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze!

The area to click

looks like a small shelf hanging from the ceiling. You might have to put together the five cups and sharpen the knife first, I'm not sure.

and the area to click is NOT the one with the knife - it is on the left cieling!

I've been clicking that left wall like crazy too. Nothing happened. By left wall, I'm assuming you meant the wall behind the TV?

That wall is only clickable after you put the cups together
