Trying to use something that didn't work - and I can't seem to put it away. ARGH! Just have two or 3 items at this point.
I went to "menu" and when I got back, it was no longer in my "hand" but back in inventory. (In case someone else has that problem.)
Slows to a standstill due to popups being blocked every few minutes. Found something else.
I've saved - will come back later in hopes that things will move along better.

Look at the arrow at the top left of the game screen. When you don't want to use an item anymore, click it and you'll have just a pointer again
