I'm having problems with the number code

I've found hint on TV, and counted the things shown, and I get
22385 or 23385. I've also tried with 25 at the beginning, it's difficult to see how many there are

But it doesn't work. What am I missing?

24386 forgot i was once holding a fish

you need to also count the fish that you've found and used

Now I'm stuck on the door puzzle, I thought I had it right

Child: 8 (2x4)
Mother: 28 (4x7)
Father: 36 (6x6)

Duh, mixed up two figurines

There is no letter code
If you mean the card

you will need it for the door puzzle. Make sure you check the Birthday picture on the wall to get the correct numbers
