I finished the puzzle and nothing is happening... all pieces in place, but it is just there and I am getting no new access...I tried pressing the button and got nothing. any thoughts?

If the pieces are in the correct spots then you will hear a little noise and flowers float out of the puzzle and then you can click the button... if this didn't happen then some of the pieces are not in the correct spot... either that or you have a bug and may need to start over

I currently have no items in my inventory except 6 presents (boxes) and 6 spaces and yet I cannot pick up the last box. I get that "ugh" sound. I had the same problem when I had spaces and presents plus the scissors and tried to pick up a puzzle piece from the box after using the scissors. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Help!

FIREPLACE ROOM:
•Windowsill behind right curtain
•Beneath right chair
•Underneath tablecloth
•Beneath green bottle
•In fireplace once use all fireplace accessories on it
•Put star from tree on top of reindeer, piece is beneath chin
•Red Stocking: On cat’s tongue
•Pink Stocking: In dog’s teeth – need to use shovel on dog to get it
•Inside cake: need to use axe on it
•Inside left chair seat: need to use axe on it
•To the left of the fireplace: you can zoom in by clicking bottom left of it

CHRISTMAS TREE ROOM:
•Turn on lamp, piece in lower left corner of lamp shade
•Rocking chair: make it move, piece behind right leg
•Clock: Change time to 12:00 and then pull on strings three times, click on door and Santa pops out with a piece in his hand
•Inside vent: Use axe on stand next to fireplace, place bucket on top of stand, use poker to open vent and get piece
•Beneath Christmas tree
•Top of Christmas tree once you axe off the first layers of leaves
•Inside Santa behind tree under Santa’s hat and gloves

FRONT DOOR ROOM:
•Behind calendar: tear off all pages then use poker on back part
•Underneath bottom left corner of rug
•Underneath top right corner of rug
•Inside left ski boot
•Behind tip of right ski
•Beneath bucket
•In drawer – need to use axe on drawer
•Once open door there is one in the snow… use broom to sweep away snow then use shovel to pick it up

BEDROOM:
•In painting first view: one on door and one flat on post
•In painting second view: back alley way floor
•Behind pillow
•Under bed – behind back right post
•Underneath second mattress
•Inside each present (use scissors on them)
•Beneath the last present
•Use poker on part beneath bottom drawer for a secret compartment
•Top drawer with scissors
•Bottom drawer beneath hat
•Shake hat from bottom drawer a few times to get another piece to fall out

Can't do this I have laptop and don't have a regular computer mouse, only touchpad, and can't do it fast enough... before I move things the others fall down....getting the lighter took me at least 5 minutes :-( couldn't get the axe even after 10 minutes... any tips on working with touchpad while using laptop on your knees?

Please can anyone tell me, how to get all stuff of Santa in my inventory? I solved the puzzle, opened the safe, found all stuff, but I can't take all with me to get out? Is there a special order of the stuff?

I give it up - I think it is a bug. I have free spaces in inventory, but I can#T take all items. What a pity!
