yeah, there are several ways to screw up a game.
like you cant get the puzzle piece off the bottom of the bucket if you move it 1st (suggest reordering those rooms as to attempt the bucket room 1st).
I can never get the piece by the right chair by the table.
Its under it? Where?

I'm amazed no-one has written a full walkthrough to be honest seeing as so many of you have completed it

I got a bug in my game, I have two spaces empty, but I can't get things in them Have to start all over.

OK - I'm back to give it a go (started to late one night) and I've tackled the bed with success! Going to be cheering for GaTech tonight (college football) while doing this.
The drawer is tough, a struggle .. wondering if there is a hint.
ARGH! My page closed .. thought I was closing something else.

I have three trouble spots. Can anyone help? I'm trying to use the lighter, axe, and scissors on the candles, cake, and presents respectively. But I can't get them to do anything but collect the items. Do I need to move the items somewhere?

use the broom up the fire place to get belt and use the poker to get puzzle piece

OK - restarted again - but after 20 tries, can't get item needed for tree .. clicked myself silly. So I'm going to mark this game off my "try again" list. Fingers too slow.

take one candle off tree, light it, it will disappear

open boxes w/ scissors, then stack them back in the same spot in the same order

its different for every game, its always a random tune.

no bugs here! you need a key to open the safe. you wont able to escape without having items from the safe.

For the key, you have to

solve the bells - they're kind of like a "simon says" game. Just repeat what you hear, and the key will show up.

WOO!!! i never thought i'd made it out. i had the game window open for about a week waiting for someone to tell me about the bells. thanks so much for your help everyone! ^_^

well, being deaf, I guess I'll never get out. I didn't know the bells were ringing in order. *sigh*
