Escape from the Hot Spring Hotel is another Japanese point and click type escape the room games by Cyousenjou. In this game, you are trapped in a hotel and you need to escape the hotel by finding and using items with solving puzzles. Good luck and have fun!

I have 3 bottles, three pieces of paper, and a broken dog. I had and used a hammer and key too. I know where the bottles go, but no order I put them in seems to change anything in the room.

a blue book
yellow and white papers (I think they are papers)
hammer (used)
a creature (maybe a mole so something) (used)
2 bottles 1 red 1 yellow (can be used in cabinet between closet and door) but can be picked up again. seems we 3 bottles
Access to a safe - needs code. maybe telephone number from book? xxx-xxxx
key (used)

Well - stuck - will check back when there is someone who can explain the notes .. I have found 7 items. Think the "tail" is just an odd leg for the shelf/table.
