Freedom: How did you get the key from the turtle tank?

Ive done everything now except the code for the safe. I can't figure out how to combine the code on the table with the note above safe...

Put turtle to sleep with video then get

key in tank.

Put framed numbers back on wall. Tilt the fram, then turn the tv to colour bars and turn off the lights. Oh and there is something in the turtle tank! Stuck there though!

Methinks this game requires a bit of calculating... and I am very poor with maths

I only got

a green book thingy(/video maybe), a note, a pen, a cigarette thingy and a remote

Hmmm... not sure what to do next.

Picture with numbers, rolled up paper (i think) and a cd i cannot use yet.

Have also seen a couple of cluse but nothing ads up yet
