The paper on the safe kind of looks like an upside down maths division sum...cross divided into the semi circle

I couldn't see the key either at first, I just clicked around the turtle and then the key appeared in my items.

I think that it's just some Japanese writing, I'm not sure if it's important or not.

Hmm...

Maybe I have made a mistake, but as I saw it as a triangle, ora maybe a square equals 3, now I'm unsure...

The pen is in the black cabinet, behind the remote

For the plant you just have to click a lot on the leaves.

click so your on the second page, and your inventory has to be up, and they should be on the upper right of the folded page.

You have to zoom in to the view with the star on the sofa

If i remember right, the key is

view the door, click on bottom of sofa to zoom in on the cushions - it's at the top between the cushions
