Thanks Rexroth but I guess I need a bigger hint then that!! Here is my problem with the chair.....
I click on chair and it turns over. Message says there are three marks on the floor from the legs. Bottom of chair has red block over ball with pink cord attached. If I click anywhere besides the red block, the chair rights itself again. If I click the red block, nothing happens. SIGH...
I love these games but I am soooooo bad at them!
EDIT:
Yea!!! THANK YOU!!! Didn't even know there was a FRONT to the counter...... wasn't easy to find but once I knew it was there, I finally got it. Much appreciated.

Ok with the aid of another website I figured out the other ending which I find a bit odd. Will share in spoiler tags.
Know as the Believe Ending here it is.
OK First go out back door in second room and turn to the front of shoppe. Click window door and remove the broom jamming it. Then enter the store again via window door. Then go back to 2nd room and exit back door again. Get the view where you see the back door again and click near bottom left side of door till you get chest. Click chest and input code Believe which is on back of Yoko picture after you use green pen. Take paint use siscors (ugh spelling stinks) to open it. Dip brush in it and go back in shoppe and paint the chair Pink. That's it will start playing ending. Apprently it's what Yoko always wanted.
When you step out of the store, click left arrow twice to face the back door, then click the bottom left on the screen. You see a chest closed by a padlock. I let you guys figure out what the password is (I mentionned it in a previous post ;-))
The chest contains pink paint. For the rest, you'll just have to find an object to paint in pink)
