Hi again. I have finally fixed all of the bugs with the game so here is the new version which can replace the old 1 on the website. Major improvements include the loader now working so you won't have to sit for ages with only a red screen. Also you cannot use the tab key any more to cheat. Enjoy. James.

u use

matches with the fireplace and get round key 2

i hav the mouse wich u get

form putting the cheese near the mouse hole by fireplace

(kinda hard to get mouse at first)
Hope it helps post back if u happen to hav any other info
Also whered u get screwdriver

when u go down to basement to light the rest of torches

U then use

the cogwheel on the gray circle wich leads u to a room filled with papers and keys
click on the brown box under the desk and click pile of keys

thats where im at right now

Is anyone else having a problem getting the game to load proper like? I was playing it before then left and came back and all it does is load the house and that's it!

screw driver is in the room with the cage...it's under the floorboards. Need to use hammer to get it out.

Found this game the other day or so and Im loving it. I can not for the life of me though find the blue gem or the paintbrush.

I still have the

mouse (cant figure out its purpose), sword, matches (both used), 1st key card, full wine glass, wine + potion, screwdriver and hammer.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!!! This is an awesome game!

Edit: found the blue gem, got them all in the right place and says something is stopping him from opening it! grrr

still cant figure out where to use the mouse, got like 5000000 key cards though and dont know where to use them either. and still can not find the paintbrush. argh.

cant make the warning doors open and cant figure out use for mouse and wine/potion mix
