Oh, sorry. I didn't know if you found out how to turn water on

beside the phone there is a number. Use the number as a combination with the book in the shelf in the cuckoo clock room. You'll get lots after that

I know we no like it much, da alien, but in this case TAB really is useful . Go to where the fuse box is and TAB. Turn the handle on in the yellow room and climb up the ladder
