it's in the library, there is a cage looking thing. You need to use hammer on floor of it to open secret panel

Yeah, I've seen the video walkthrough about 10 minutes ago, but I think it ruins the fun of the game if you just follow it And it doesn't explain the solution of puzzles. I mean it starts with solving a code, but doesn't show where you find the clue for it.
