I don't get numbers from the painting, only words.

the two smallest is 1 the next is 2 then 4 and the last 8. combine them from 1-23 and right down the coresponding symbol for eatch number.
Then use the numbers you got from the painting to find what symbols to use, then tranfear the symbols (from the computer image) in that order to the TV picture and you got the code for the door.

i don't know how to transfer the symbols...

when you have all the symbols from the scale look for them in the image from the pc its 5*5 symbols, the image from the TV also got 5*5 symbols

I'm having issues with the computer. It accepts the word from the picture above the couch, but then nothing happens and I don't get an image to reference with the scale, and I can't input anything anymore (to retry the word, or something).

I thought it might be a glitch, so I replayed the entire game and solved ALL the puzzles again... and I still get no response from the computer.

Did I do something wrong? Can anybody help me?

Just click on the TV screen to get that image, and use the hammer to smash the back of the drawer containing the scale.

HOLD down the left mouse button and DRAG in any direction to change views.


And I figured out why the computer wasn't responding, in case anyone has the same problem...

You have to find the DVD-RAM hidden on the shelf among the DVD-ROMs, then put it in the dvd player and press the red button. Then take it out of the dvd player and put it in the dvd drive in the computer.

Also, sorry about my spoiler about the tv and the hammer earlier...

I wasn't thinking about the order. You have to smash the back of the drawer FIRST, to get the power cable to the tv. After plugging it in, you can click on the tv screen to get the image.

Okay, i'm getting really frustrated. How do I make the computer go to a screen with pictures?

And what does the tv have to do with the door? I tried punching in all the symbols. It doesn't work, and its extremely long.

Okay, found the dvd, where is the dvd player? Is it the box below the tv, cause that won't accept the dvd.

its in the hard game. at the beginin you can choose easy or hard. there's 2 different games.
